The booth-space assignment process began this week for the 2012 SHOT Show and we’d like to thank all of our exhibitors for their patience.
The process will be done in priority-point order within each segment as noted in previous SHOT Show communications. Current priority-point status can be found here.
There will be little change from 2011 booth assignments. In most cases, exhibitors will have the same location and there will be little opportunity to move from level 1 to level 2, or a meeting room to level 2.
Reed Exhibitions will be assigning booth space dependent on 2011 booth size and segment unless exhibitors have already notified us of a decrease. Please be sure to check your segment on the priority-point list and notify customer service immediately if there is a correction to be made. All booth assignments are expected to be completed in May.
