Exhibitors be aware: Outdoor Channel’s ‘SHOT Show TV’ is the ONLY in-room TV you should be doing business with

It’s come to our attention that at least one company has been soliciting exhibitors to advertise on unsanctioned in-room television during the 2011 SHOT Show in Las Vegas.

We’d like to make it clear that “SHOT Show TV,” which is produced by Outdoor Channel under exclusive license from the National Shooting Sports Foundation, is the ONLY in-room television, show-related programming authorized by NSSF to run during the show at SHOT Show hotels.

Any others that are soliciting exhibitors to advertise in connection with the show likely are violating SHOT Show trademarks and definitely are stealing from the show, depriving NSSF of funding that directly supports the future of our sports.

Outdoor Channel is a major sponsor of the 2011 SHOT Show and will be supporting the show in many ways, including sole sponsorship of the industry’s premiere event, the State of the Industry Dinner.

SHOT Show TV is a 90-minute program that runs continuously during the show at official show hotels. It features the best shooting and hunting programming from Outdoor Channel, plus daily updates from the show floor, and reaches thousands of hotel rooms in Las Vegas.

If you want to make sure your brand stands out at the SHOT Show, please be sure you advertise on SHOT Show TV — and please steer clear of any others that may solicit your business under the guise that they are authorized by or associated with the show.
